    Customer Director

    Responsibility:

    1.   Accomplish the promotion of PR project independently and leads the team effectively following up;

    2.   Lead account team to provide professional client service;

    3.   Provide professional training session to Account team;

    4.   Develop new clients and maintain existing clients according to Company development strategies;

    5.   Lead and train team to follow market dynamic, understand and satisfied clients’ needs;

    6.   Supervise and follow up progress of related project;

    7.    In-depth dialogues with clients and maintain good relationship with clients;

    8.    Lead the team through the crisis in project key point or crisis;

    9.    Duty on work schedule, guidance and coordination of department staffs;

    10.  Make account department plan and complete company yearly KPI;

    11.  The effective management of project’s profit & Loss, and understand the expense of project executive;

    12.  Complete temporary work from management.

    Qualification:

    1.  Tertiary education or above in the related major of PR, Advertisement and events;

    2.  Over 10 years of experience in advertising activities;

    3.   Good communicational skills and Service awareness;

    4.   Excellent project management and execution skills;

    5.   Sense of responsibility and team-oriented;

    6.   Good interpersonal communication and organizational coordination skills;

    7.   Perfect English reading and writing ability.






    Account Manager

    Responsibility:

    1.  Develop brand and product communication strategies, plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns and

         execute solutions;

    2.  Guide and supervise the work progress of subordinate assistants/specialists/head employees, control business 

         processes, manage project timelines, and ensure that work quality meets customer expectations;

    3.  Internal integration management, requiring timely writing of plans and ensuring a successful proposal rate,

         ensuring that post-event  execution and closure work is carried out;

    4.   Responsible for coordinating the overall work with other departments and the customer service department;

    5.   Responsible for controlling the budget, cost, and profit ratio;

    6.   Responsible for finalizing the solution and presenting it to the customer as the main speaker;

    7.   Ensure customer satisfaction with the entire project;

    8.   Complete temporary work from management.

    Qualification:

    1.  Tertiary education or above in the related major of PR, Advertisement and events;

    2.  At least 5 years of work experience in advertising activities;

    3.  Good communication skills and customer service awareness;

    4.  Excellent project management and execution skills;

    5.  Responsible and team-oriented;

    6.  Have good ability of interpersonal communication and organization

    7.  Excellent English reading and writing ability.

    Customer Director

    Responsibility:

    1.  Assist in the planning of various activities, responsible for the preliminary preparation, on-site execution, and 

         later summary and analysis of activities;

    2.  Participated in the writing of the core content of various publicity documents of the project, and participated in 

         the formulation of periodic  publicity strategies, promotion plans and effect evaluation;
    3.   
    Participate in the regular combing of customer information and provide relevant information in the

          implementation;

    4.   Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials required for marketing activities;

    5.   Assist superiors to manage, track and collect market information and feedback, and make reports;

    6.   Complete other work assigned by the leader and cooperate with other posts to complete related work.



    Qualification:

    1.   Tertiary education or above in the related major of PR, Advertisement and events;

    2.   More than three years of relevant experience in advertising companies, online/offline project management and 

          execution experience, mainly  experience in FMCG, beauty and other industries;
    3.   
    Strong ability to write plans and proposals, able to independently make project proposals;
    4.   Strong pressure resistance, strong overall coordination ability;

    5.   Good communicational skills and service awareness and sense of responsibility;

    6.   Excellent Chinese and English Reading and writing ability.

    Customer Specialist

    Responsibility:

    1.   Assist in opening a filing application and start the project work;

    2.   Assist in the smooth implementation of the project and collect required materials;
    3.   
    Write meeting minutes and communicate with customers about daily affairs

    4.   Participate in brainstorming and assist in the formulation of plans

    5.   Serve as a window for cross-sectional communication among departments and act as Traffic;

    6.   Responsible for the transactional work in the implementation of activities;

    7.   Cooperate with colleagues in the department to complete other daily work;

    8.   Other work assigned by department head.




    Qualification:

    1.   College degree or above in public relations, advertising, exhibition and other related majors;

    2.    More than 2 years working experience in advertising activities;
    3.    
    Good communication skills and service awareness;

    4.    Excellent project management and execution ability;

    5.    Have a sense of responsibility and team spirit;

    2.   Research, put information in order of Celebrity information, KOL list;

    3.   Database update of record company, KOL and artists information;

    4.   Assist in presentation of PPT;

    5.   Responsible for short video clips of Tiktok and VLOG;

    6.   Assist with claiming payment of department, related project reminders;

    7.   Make travel expense quotation, arrange artists ‘accommodation and transportation etc. individually;

    8.   Assist with proposal and information researching;

    9.   Assist with simple document and contract template modification;

    10. Assist with Advertisement shooting or onsite executive;

    11. Assist with department leader, and other auxiliary job of project;

    12. Draw up and save signed documents by manager or CEO;

    13. Department meeting minutes and weekly report arrangement and sending;

    14. Keep secret about job content, not reveal artists information.
